Do you offer a free measuring service?
Yes, our measuring and estimating service is free
Do you employ your fitters or are they sub-contracted?
Our fitters are sub contractors, who we have worked with for many years
What type of underlay do you use?
Our main underlay is a 9mm PU with a 145 kg density
Do you offer a whipping service for off cuts of carpets?
Yes, we also do cotton binding and make up stair runners
Do you charge for delivery of goods?
Not on fitted goods. If you require delivery only, there may be a charge
Do you sell vinyl or laminate?
Yes, we have a selection of Vinyl flooring along with the Quickstep Laminate range
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit on ordering, balance payable within 7 days of completion
Can you move furniture?
We do offer a furniture moving service, but we do ask for wardrobes/bookcases etc to be emptied by yourselves
How long do I have to wait for fitting?
Stocks permitting, we would expect to fit within 2-4 weeks of ordering
How long does it take for the flooring to arrive?
Anywhere from 2-3 days to 10-14 days
